ASH is a part of Coffee Lights Ltd. which is a company that specializes in the running of coffee shops, consultation, training of staff and baristas, and coffee import and export. We are registered with SCA (Specialty Coffee Association). All of our staff are trained and qualified by SCA and aspire to keep improving and to spread our knowledge and passion throughout the community.

At ash we are driven by our community . The community we are targeting is the startup one, we have witnessed their struggle and we know what they are going through. SO we decided to include that in our core beliefs.
Our prices, environment, staff are all dedicated to support this growing community.
Creativity
We are always supporting and welcoming startup artist as well. Our walls are dedicated for artist to display their work, market themselves, sell it…etc (FREE OF CHARGE).
Each wall is dedicated to one or two artist, it is done in a way to give the chance to as many artists as possible through ROTATION that is done every three months (Meaning each artist will have a time limit of 3 months, and then the chance is given to the next artist on the list).
Health
We believe in health and that it is a daily life style that makes the change. We spent so much time developing recipes that are tasty contrary to the bad image that healthy food is “NOT TASTY”.
Our products are mainly healthy made with alternative healthy ingredients. We offer vegan, gluten free, low carb (Keto), and many other healthy options.
